I usually stick to theatre or comedy shows when Fringe time rolls around, but I decided to check out Pipa as a change of pace and I'm glad I did. Pipa's tale drifts between cute and poignant as the show progresses. The choreography was polished to T, with each graceful movement or blind 'stumble' having been carefully calculated. Tamara Ober's performance had blown me away long before the hour was done.
I definitely recommend this show to everyone, but especially those who haven't gotten their feet wet with a dance performance at the Fringe this year.
